Frosty Flakes
Frosty Flakes are made of thin sheets of pigment. They are delicate and soft. So they’re comfortable to wear on the skin. The flakes have a high reflective sparkle. and a Duo-chrome finish. Which means that their color changes depending on the light and angle, you see them on.
Use them by mixing them with our Frosty Liquid for a metallic even look. Or with the Adhesive Glue for more of a glitter look.
They come in 3 Gram jars inside of an adorable inspired cereal box.
